Tonight is pizza night, but I have no idea what I should cook for dinner tomorrow night. I'm trying to get away from our usual hamburger based weeknight meal. The convenience of hamburger makes it our usual go to protein during the week.
I think I am just going to have to commit to defrosting some of the chicken I have in the freezer. My friend Kathy gave me a great recipe where you boil the chicken in a mixture of water and jam. It sounds gross, but it's actually delicious and healthier than Paul's favorite - cheeseburger pie.
