If you are like most people, you are using the New Year as an opportunity to really make some changes in your life. Whether it is to exercise every week, lose 40 pounds, pay off all your bills, or finally figure out how to keep the kitchen counter free of mail (that last one has been on my list for the past 10 years), you are determined that this time there will be big changes. The problem with many of us is that we start off with the greatest of intentions without any real idea of how we will carry them out. We are inspired for the first month and then get discouraged when we don’t see results.
